WORKSHOP BARBERA IN JAPAN 2024: A Success for Italian Culinary Culture

This year, Manfredi Barbera, owner of Premiati Oleifici Barbera, and Mariano Stancampiano of Italian Fancy Food Brokers participated in workshops organized in Japan together with our importer Monte Bussan Corporation, part of the Suntory Group. The seminars, held last week in Tokyo and Osaka, were dedicated to restaurateurs, chefs, salesmen, and the Monte Bussan staff. During these events, we had the opportunity to showcase how Barbera oils are made and how to pair them with dishes, providing a comprehensive overview of our Italian excellence.

We strongly believe that such events are essential for promoting Italian culinary culture around the world, introducing Barbera products, synonymous with tradition and quality, even in the Land of the Rising Sun.
