Sicily, where the delicious wine and food reflect the history, culture, and geography of the island in a way that’s unlike anywhere else.
Sicilian wine is some of the most exciting and diverse in Italy, with a long history and a growing international reputation.
The island’s varied climate, soils (especially the volcanic soils of Mount Etna), and indigenous grape varieties contribute to a wide range of wines — from fresh whites and elegant reds to powerful, fortified wines.
The diversity of the terroir and the influence of ancient cultures make Sicilian wines a unique expression of both place and history.
