Today, August 5, we had the pleasure of welcoming our long-standing Japanese partner Montebussan Corporation to Caseificio Corvino, where they experienced the authentic tradition behind PDO Buffalo Mozzarella.
During the visit, our guests explored the main stages of the production chain, watched the cheesemaking process, and had the opportunity to try making mozzarella themselves before enjoying a tasting of the freshly prepared product.
The visit provided another valuable opportunity to strengthen a long-standing partnership between Italy and Japan, built on a shared commitment to quality, authenticity, and the promotion of Italian food excellence.
