Togni SpA is an Italian company that has been in the market for over 60 years.
The company operates in four different business areas: the Rocca dei Forti brand of bubbly, for which it is a leader in mass Italian distribution; mineral water mainly with its brands Goccia Blu, San Cassiano and Frasassi; Artisanal Beer with the Terza Rima brand.
They export their 8+ brands to 48 countries in the world.
Bubbly
Thanks to the Rocca dei Forti brand, the company is market leader in the modern channel for its 2014 market share (source IRI).
Furthermore, the bubbly was the first category produced for exports aboard. The bubbly made using the Charmat Method is the result of a production process, where the re-fermentation of the base wine occurs in large steel containers (pressure tanks).

Waters
Togni waters flow in a protected and uncontaminated environment. Their springs are located in two marvelous natural parks in central Italy, surrounded by the splendid Marche mountains.
Springs that are cradled in the tranquil serenity of the Apennines, which we can taste in every sip of our 5 waters: Frasassi, San Cassiano, Gocciablu, Gaia and Fonte Elisa.

Artisanal Beer
A unique beer, for a one-of-a-kind sensory experience. A result of simple and natural ingredients. Mainly made up of water, malt, hops and yeast. Ingredients, which are worked according to the oldest high-fermentation methods. Non- pasteurized and unfiltered.
A 100% artisanal production process that accentuates the organoleptic qualities of the beer, giving each bottle its own identity.
