From Japan to Italy: A Meeting of Tradition and Authentic Flavors

In July, we had the honor of welcoming some of our Japanese partners on a tour of some of Italy’s leading agri-food companies. The tour included stops at Premiati Oleifici Barbera, a historic Sicilian company that symbolizes the region’s olive oil tradition, and Brazzale, one of Italy’s oldest dairy producers, internationally renowned for the quality of its products and the expertise passed down through generations.

This initiative represented a valuable opportunity to gain a firsthand understanding of the history, production processes, and values that drive these companies, while also further strengthening the collaborative and trusting relationships that bind us to our partners.
